MOROCCAN CHICKEN BASTILLA
A wonderful Moroccan chicken pie that's complicated to make but oh so delicious to eat! It uses every possible method of cooking form skillful saute-ing to baking. Onions, garlic, ginger, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, red pepper, everything cooked, chicken cooked, stripped and stirred in to form such a mouthwatering filling, Then comes the filo pastry to form the crust, popped into the oven and castor sugar gently put on top. OMG is all we can say. Bastilla!!!!!
